Terms of Use
Updated October 18, 2026. KinderLearner is provided by Biser Mitkov Dimitrov. A parent or guardian must create and manage the account and supervise a child’s use of the service.
The service
KinderLearner offers playful educational activities and parent guidance. Its learning picture is based on observed activity, not a formal evaluation, diagnosis, or promise of a specific educational result. Activities and content may change as the service develops.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use an email address you control, keep sign-in codes private, and provide accurate account information. Do not attempt to access another family’s information or interfere with the service. Child profiles should use nicknames rather than full names.
Free and paid access
The free plan has stated activity and child-profile limits. A family subscription unlocks the features described at checkout. The exact price, trial eligibility, renewal schedule, and cancellation terms are shown by Apple or Stripe before purchase. Subscription access is linked to the parent account used for the purchase. Virtual stars and treasures have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Cancellation and deletion
Manage Apple purchases in Apple subscription settings and web purchases in the Stripe customer portal linked from Parent Mode. Deleting a KinderLearner account does not cancel a subscription. For account deletion help, see Support.
