Privacy Policy
Updated October 18, 2026. KinderLearner is provided by Biser Mitkov Dimitrov. This policy covers the KinderLearner iOS, iPadOS, and web experiences.
Parent accounts
A parent signs in using a one-time email code. We store the parent’s email, account identifier, authentication sessions, and security request information needed to operate and protect the service. Cloudflare processes email delivery and hosting on our behalf. A child does not need an email address or password.
Child profiles and learning
When a parent adds a child, we store the chosen nickname and avatar, exercise answers and history, learning progress, saved activities, earned stars, and virtual treasures. Use a nickname rather than a full name. We do not ask children for birth dates, photos, or location. Signed-in learning records are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database so they can appear across devices.
Membership and purchases
Apple handles purchases in the iOS app. Stripe handles purchases made on the web. We do not receive payment card numbers. We keep transaction and subscription identifiers, status, plan, renewal or expiry information, and the link to the parent account to provide the purchased family access. Complimentary grants are stored as account access records. Web billing information is also subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
How we use and share information
We use account and learning information to provide the app, personalize activities, show parent insight, sync progress, manage membership, and secure the service. Cloudflare and Stripe process information for those functions. We do not sell children’s data, show ads, or use third-party behavioral advertising or analytics.
Retention and deletion
Account and synced learning information stay until the parent deletes the account. You can request deletion through support; iOS Parent Mode also offers account deletion. Deleting an account removes its cloud family and sessions, but does not itself cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription. Cancel recurring billing in Apple subscriptions or the Stripe customer portal first. Previously downloaded data on another device must be removed from that device separately. Cloudflare recovery backups may retain deleted records for their configured recovery period.
